All orders are not eligible for exchange, return or cancellation.
Kindly check your model number of your apple products correctly as there will be strictly no exchange for the wrong model case or size bought.
- If you have received defective items, please accept our sincere apologies and kindly drop us an email at email@example.com within 3 working days together with snapshots of the defect clearly.
- In such cases, if there is a replacement product available, it will be sent out. If the product is unfortunately sold out, a store credit will be issued. Kindly note that there is strictly no cash refund.
- Kindly note that the colour of the actual products may differ slightly from the pictures due to studio lighting conditions and variance in monitor resolution. Measurement may also differ by 1-2 cm as it is mass produced. These two are not considered a defect.
