Customer Care

You do not need to create an account and is able to check out as guest. However, we do recommend you to create an account for a more seamless and fuss free experience.

We are unable to cancel or make changes to the order once payment has been made.

No, all the keyboard covers sold at Smile Sunday are in standard US layout.

1. Attach the bottom case at the hinge location first and line up the edges.
2. Gently snap the case on the front edges of the bottom case.
3. Attach the top case at the hinge location first and line up the edges.
4. Gently snap the case on the front edges of the top case.

Local Delivery (Singapore)

For local order, we have the following options:

All orders will be packed and shipped out within 1 - 3 working days once the order is confirmed. You will be notified via email once the your order has been shipped out.

For Standard Courier, it may take up to 1 working day for the tracking number to be updated and you will be notified via email for the tracking number.

In the event that the mail is returned back to us due to wrong or incomplete address provided, it will be chargeable for re-delivery. Please ensure that the address provided is correct. We will not be liable for lost mail if you opt for normal mail.

Exchange & Return

All orders made are strictly not eligible for return, exchange or cancellation. Kindly check your model number of your apple products correctly as there will be strictly no exchange for the wrong model or size bought.

Do also note that we do not provide an exchange or refund for change of mind.

Prior to sending out, we check all the products to ensure that it is in the mint condition. Should you receive a defective product, please accept our sincere apologies and do drop us an email at hello@smilesunday.co within 3 working days together with snapshots of the defects so that we can resolve the issue.
